Born and raised in New York City, Nathalie Herring, aka "NAT2LEGIT" is a multidisciplinary artist with a natural ability to think outside the box. She has cultivated a lifestyle that blends her passions for longboarding, fashion & the arts.
The summer of 2009 launched her into the forefront of the longboard skateboarding scene in New York City. Her style of "street surfing" is world renowned & captured amongst the industry elite. Formally, an original team rider for Bustin Boards Company, Nat2Legit has paved the way for the representation of african american women within the longboarding industry. The launch of her 2014 project "GIRLS SKATE NYC" was a statement to the world that..."girls skate nyc (too)" & aimed to formally recognize women of all ages who shared the same stoke for longboarding within an urban climate.

Features on Jay-Z's lifestyle website, LIFE + TIMES ; Chicas De Viaje; Concrete Wave Magazine; Spain's Tendencias Fashion Magazine; the UK's Huck Magazine; TRACE Magazine, Refinary 29…and commercials for brands such as APPLE, The Board Store, New Era Clothing, Sprayground, YOUTUBE...spotlights the natural charisma Nathalie shares for her life. The double feature inside a publication called "Brooklyn Street Style: The No-Rules Guide To Fashion", recognizes NAT2LEGIT as a trendsetter in street style as well as her versatility as a sports enthusiast.
Currently, Nathalie Herring resides in Brooklyn, NY and has been exploring her creativity outside of the sports world. Mastering carpentry, urban agriculture & designing functional apparel for skateboarders in order to revolutionize the market at large. A collaboration called Vuela, Vuela "Bee Manifesto" features her performance for Swiss video sculpture artist, Katja Loher, & has been recognized throughout the art world throughout installations in New York, C24 Gallery, Art Basel (Miami), Switzerland & Ibiza, Spain.
Nathalie finds balance in her life by chasing sunsets and being amongst nature as much as possible.
